Warranty Policy

  1. The one year warranty period starts, otherwise stated when installation is completed. A warranty is a guarantee for all products and parts that do not include the parts of used deteriorated objects such as light bulbs and cables etc.
  2. The warranty only cover accidents that arises from company’s action and cost that arises from the breakdown of the machine itself not from misusage (to be evaluated by technician and manufacturer).
  3. The warranty does not cover incorrect usage and improper maintenance. E.g. Neglecting changes without proper installation. Damage during transportation. Damage caused by an electrical short circuit. Improper electrical preparation. Chemical damage from natural disasters and accidents.
  4. TPN Group (Thailand) Limited reserves the right to warranty only its customer, however customer should take note of the subsequent claim procedure with its pre-existing supplier, should it or should it not guarantee subsequently. TPN Group could only reserve their rights to guarantee the parts it replaces (time frame varies, will be stated in sales quotation descriptively).
  5. The warranty (within scope discussed) only covers the spare part and labor exclude traveling fees outside Bangkok and accommodation fees.

Warranty Claims Procedure

  1. For domestic calls when the technician has installed and run, if there is evidence of damage to the product, customers must contact TPN group head office and write to service.tpngroup@gmail.com and copy info.tpngroup@gmail.com. The regular cycle for service would be 5-10 working days, but varies depending on location and period (for peak period costs are charged at a higher rate).
  2. For overseas goods delivered to the client if there is damage, report to TPN group and send a petition to shipper. Customers have to take damage photo and write the details of the damage to service.tpngroup@gmail.com.
  3. To claim in the warranty period, you must complete a claim form with the serial number of the product and serial number of parts form must be also attached with the picture of the damaged or unavailable used parts.
  4. Details will be submitted to the TPN Group (Thailand), to check for warranty period.
  5. For overseas customers in order to make a claim rapidly, customers should fill out a claim form along with a photograph same as third conditions, and send email to service.tpngroup@gmail.com copy info.tpngroup@gmail.com.
